Enable Driver Subscription to Premium Connectivity
Standard Connectivity is included on most Neon units and carries telemetry and
control. Premium Connectivity adds
unlimited in-cab WiFi. If your fleet has not purchased Premium Connectivity, drivers
can self-upgrade their individual unit's plan from the app at their own expense.
Disabling this disables the driver's ability to self-upgrade.
